Kunshan Gongcheng Consulting Co., Ltd (KGCC in short), registered under class B for Building Construction engineering and class D for Public engineering supervision enterprises （Certificate No. E232002563）, is a service company, which provides construction project supervision, consultation and technical service. As a member company of Supervision Association of Jiangsu Province, KGCC owns a strong technical force, observes the service principle of “honesty, efficiency and fairness”, and pursues the spirit of “reputation first, service first and management first”.

    公司現有員工67名，其中高級工程師6名，註冊監理工程師14名，注册造价师3名，工程師26名，初級工程技術員工26名，建築、鋼結構、裝潢、給排水、消防、電氣、中央空調、橋梁、市政綠化各專業技術配套齊全。近年來共監理各類工程建設專案150餘項，總建築面積達200萬多平方米。其中有工業廠房（電子、化工、機械、文具、塑膠、模具、醫藥類）、科研實驗室、酒樓、住宅、別墅、辦公樓等建築工程。

There are 67 employees in KGCC. Among them are 6 senior engineers, 14 registered supervision engineers, 3 registered cost engineers, 26 engineers, and   26 junior engineers and technicians. Their knowledge and experience cover almost all technical areas from building, metal structure, decoration, water supply and drainage to fire protection, electrical system, central air-conditioning, bridges, city landscaping etc. During years of supervision of various projects, the construction area supervised by KGCC has exceeded 2 million square meters. Those projects include the industrial plants covering the areas of electronics, chemical, mechanical, stationary, plastic, molds, pharmaceutical and other construction projects such as labs, hotels, residential houses, villas, office buildings etc.

    公司全年可完成80萬平方米的工程項目監理能力，可爲業主提供的服務有：專案投資評估、廠址選擇、協助業主進行工程的發包工作（起草發包檔、編制標單等）、辦理開工前所必須的執照（黃卡、綠卡、藍卡）。工程實施階段（土建、給排水、電氣、暖通等）的監理工作和工程竣工後房産權證的辦理。公司內部管理體制健全，各專業按規範化、標準化的程式和要求進行工程造價諮詢、工程監理工作。

The company has the annual supervision capacity of the construction area of 800 thousand square meters. The services KGCC can provide to our clients include: investment assessment, selection of plant location, bidding document preparation, attainment of approvals and permissions prior to construction (yellow card, green card and blue card), on-site supervision during construction (civil engineering, water supply and drainage, electrical and heating system etc.), and property certificate application after project completion.
